Organic vegetables for SSU fall '09 are up and growing.

Taking steps toward being more environmentally conscious, food services coordinator, Carol Thiessen, has contracted with longstanding friend of the university, Karen Herrick, to provide locally and organically grown vegetables for the school. More and more students are paying attention to these kinds of choices, and it's great to take some practical steps forward. Here are some pictures of some healthy food on its way.
