An Online World-Building Creative Workshop

Terrariums is about connection and the possibility of imagination and storytelling in healing, problem-solving, dialogue and change. Terrariums is for anyone who is curious about the imagination as a tool for social healing.

In the first part of this 2 hour creative storytelling workshop, you will build your own world through a series of exercises and guided auditory meditations. The second part of the workshop will focus on exchange and response.
All artistic mediums (visual arts, graphic novel illustrators, writing, music, dance and more) are welcome to come and build a world; a new terrarium of hope and discovery to hang in your mind’s eye window. This is a great workshop for anyone looking for creative prompts to start or continue a new project, and/or those looking to learn more about exchange and feedback.

The workshop will be facilitated by Erin Lindsay (she/her/hers) a writer/creator based in Tiohtià:ke/Montréal whose background is in Theatre, Ethics, Communications and Creative Writing. Erin has spent 7 years as a cultural worker for non-profit arts organizations with mandates focused on social change and equal representation. Through her studies and work, Erin is interested in the practice of dramaturgy, teaching, community exchange and invention.
