Kairos University is a global network of kingdom-minded organizations and followers of Jesus who are working together to build affordable, accessible, relevant, and faithful expressions of theological education. Kairos University partners with St. Stephen's University by affirming that graduates of SSU master’s programs in good standing (possessing a solid transcript and positive academic reference from SSU) meet the eligibility criteria for the Doctor of Ministry, Doctor of Theology, or Doctor of Philosophy programs at Kairos University.
This partnership involves offering joint master's degrees in Peace & Justice with an emphasis on peacebuilding, public theology, and the Palestinian context. We value our partnership and friendship with BethBC and the Bethlehem Institute for Peace & Justice in solidarity with their work.
St. Stephen's University and Seapointe College enjoy a partnership and memorandum of understanding that makes it possible for students who've graduated with a bachelor's degree from Seapointe to automatically be able to continue their graduate studies at SSU.
The Kenarchy Journal presents the research of academics and activists engaged in the politics of love. The Journal exists to advance applied academic research and is published in partnership with the Jim Forest Institute for Religion, Peace and Justice (jfi.ssu.ca) as the Institute’s academic journal.
St. Stephen's University offers a course on Multifaith Chaplaincy & Spiritual Care as part of the training of hundreds of chaplains across Canada through the support and guidance of Bridges of Canada, a non-profit organization that provides religious services in federal and provincial institutions, jails, halfway houses, and addictions facilities throughout Canada.
TRAVEL-STUDY PARTNERS:
Students on SSU's study abroad trips to Ireland, both north and south of the border, spend a few nights each year at Corrymeela Community for respite, to learn about their peace work, and to sit in on academic and practitioner sessions as led by experienced leaders in the field of peace studies.

An Cuan in Rostrevor, NI hosts SSU students during our study abroad trips to Ireland and have led meaningful experiences as part of this program, including documentary screenings with panel discussions, storytelling folk shows with Tommy Sands, and border walk pilgrimages.
RECONCILIATION STUDIES PARTNERS:
The Moose River Heritage and Hospitality Association partners with SSU's Centre for Reconciliation Studies to offer land-based learning experiences on Learning Tours to Moosonee and Moose Factory on Moose Cree First Nations territory for students in our Certificate in Reconciliation Studies.
The Peskotomuhkati Nation’s Camp Chiputneticook partners with SSU's Centre for Reconciliation Studies to offer land-based learning experiences near St. Stephen on Peskotomuhkati First Nations territory for students in our Certificate in Reconciliation Studies.
Mennonite Central Committee Atlantic Canada partners with SSU's Centre for Reconciliation Studies by financially supporting our Certificate through their Indigenous Neighbours program, which strives to build respectful relationships between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peopl.
FUNDING AND DONOR PARTNERS:
St. Stephen’s University wishes to extend our deepest gratitude to the Andre Agassi Foundation for Education for approving our application to fund a matching grant campaign of $50,000 USD through 2024. Speaking to SSU directly, "Coach Andre" remarked, "I know you'll never let your head hijack your heart."
The Fundy Community Foundation partners with SSU by accepting U.S. donations on our behalf and investing our endowment fund to support our programs, providing a layer of financial security to help keep our operations stable.
